化学結合型Fab

化学結合型Fab（Chemically linked Fab）とは、2つの異なる抗原に結合する抗体の抗原結合部位断片が、化学的に結合した人工抗体を形成しているペプチドであり、二重特異性抗体の一種である。これらは、2つの異なるモノクローナル抗体の抗原結合部位（FabまたはFab'）であり、チオエーテルのような化学的手段で結合されている[1][2]。通常、Fabの一方は腫瘍抗原（CD30など）に結合し、もう一方は免疫細胞の表面にあるタンパク質（マクロファージのFc受容体など）に結合する。この様にして、腫瘍細胞は免疫細胞に付着し、免疫細胞は腫瘍細胞を破壊する[3]。
