ムフラニ公ヴァフタング1世（グルジア語: ვახტანგ I მუხრანბატონი、グルジア語ラテン翻字: Vakhtang I Mukhranbatoni、1511年 – 1580年 10月1日）は、カルトリ王国の貴族（タヴァディ（グルジア語版））。バグラティオニ王家（グルジア語版）の傍系であるムフラニ家（グルジア語版）の創始者バグラト1世の嫡男で、1539年にムフラニ（グルジア語版）のバトニ（公）となった。また同時に内カルトリ（グルジア語版）軍管区（グルジア語版）の職権上の司令官でもあった。カルトリ王シモン1世がサファヴィー朝イランの捕虜となった際には親サファヴィーのダーウード・ハーン（グルジア語版）政権に対抗するため、貴族たちはヴァフタングを摂政に任命した（1569年–1579年）。
