レキシントン（英: Lexington）は、アメリカ合衆国ノースカロライナ州の都市。デイビッドソン郡の郡庁所在地である。人口は1万9632人（2020年）。州の中央にあり、ウィンストン・セーラム市の南32キロメートル に位置する。市内を通る主要高規格道路は、州間高速道路85号線、同85号線産業道路、アメリカ国道29号線、同70号線、同52号線（州間高速道路285号線となる予定）、同64号線がある。州内のピードモント・トライアド地域に入っている。
