アダプトゲン

アダプトゲンとは、トラウマ、不安、肉体的疲労などのストレスへの抵抗能力を高める働きのある天然のハーブである。どのアダプトゲンも抗酸化物質を含んでいるが、抗酸化物質がすべてアダプトゲンであるというわけでもなく、抗酸化作用がアダプトゲンの第一の作用であるとも言い難い[1]。
