アセチルサリチル酸

アセチルサリチル酸（アセチルサリチルさん、英: acetylsalicylic acid）は、代表的な解熱鎮痛剤のひとつで非ステロイド性抗炎症薬の代名詞とも言うべき医薬品。ドイツのバイエルが名付けた商標名のアスピリン（独: Aspirin）がよく知られ、日本薬局方ではアスピリンが正式名称になっている。
