α-マンノシダーゼ(alpha-Mannosidase、EC 3.2.1.24)は、α型のマンノースを加水分解する酵素である。系統名は、α-D-マンノシド マンノヒドロラーゼ(alpha-D-mannoside mannohydrolase)である[3][4]。
