スティーヴン・コトキン（Stephen Mark Kotkin）は、アメリカの歴史学者、プリンストン大学教授。ロシア現代史、ユーラシア地域研究専攻。
1981年、ロチェスター大学卒業。カリフォルニア大学バークレー校に進学し、修士号および博士号取得。1989年から現職。
