フランク・プレス（英: Frank Press、1924年12月4日 - 2020年1月29日）は、アメリカ合衆国の地球物理学者。ニューヨークのブルックリン出身。30もの名誉博士号を授与されている。
1944年、ニューヨーク市立大学シティカレッジを卒業し、1949年コロンビア大学で博士号を得る。
