エクストリーム・アイロニング（エクストリーム・アイロニング、Extreme Ironing）は、人里離れた場所でアイロン台を広げて服にアイロンを掛けるエクストリームスポーツである。このスポーツのプレイヤーはアイロニスト (ironist) と呼ばれる。
