1994年サンマリノグランプリは、1994年5月1日にイタリアのイーモラにあるイモラ・サーキットで開催されたF1レースである。1994年のF1世界選手権の第3戦で、このシーズンのヨーロッパラウンド初戦として開催された。アイルトン・セナ、ローランド・ラッツェンバーガーの最期のレースとして知られる。
