緒方芳子

緒方 芳子（おがた よしこ、1976年[1] - ）は、日本の数学者、数理物理学者。京都大学数理解析研究所教授。専門は量子系の熱平衡・非平衡統計力学。2021年、日本人女性初のポアンカレ賞受賞となった[2][3]。
経歴・人物
大阪府生まれ。東京大学理学部物理学科卒業[4]。東京大学大学院理学系研究科物理学専攻より修士・博士を取得[4][5]。博士論文は「1次元格子系における非平衡特性」[6]。
東京大学大学院数理科学研究科COE研究員、カリフォルニア大学デービス校、マルセイユ大学理論物理学センター（Centre de Physique Théorique）にて博士研究員[5]。2006年、九州大学数理学研究院助教[4][5]。2009年、東京大学大学院数理科学研究科准教授、教授を経て、2023年京都大学数理解析研究所教授[4]。
2019年、オーバーヴォルファッハ数学研究所シモンズ客員教授。2021年、数理物理学国際会議（International Congress on Mathematical Physics）講演者。2022年、国際数学者会議 招待講演者[7]。2022年秋季賞[8]、2024年猿橋賞[9]、2025年朝日賞（2024年度）受賞[10]。
