清水耕介（しみずこうすけ、1965年 - ）は、日本の国際政治学者。専門は、国際政治経済学。

経歴

佐賀県生まれ。佐賀西高等学校、西南学院大学経済学部卒業、経済学研究科修士課程修了。ニュージーランドのヴィクトリア大学でラルフ・ペットマンに師事し、クリティカル／ポストモダンIPEで博士論文を執筆。1998年博士号(Ph.D)取得。関西外国語大学国際言語学部講師・助教授を経て、龍谷大学国際学部教授。
