（でんだ みつひろ 1960年 -）は、日本の皮膚科学研究者、小説家、SF作家。ペンネームは伝江田航洋（つたえだ こーよー）。別名、ツタエダ・コーヨー。
1979年に滋賀県立膳所高等学校を卒業、1983年に京都大学工学部工業化学科を卒業、1985年には同大学院工学研究科分子工学専攻修士課程修了、1994年に京都大学工学博士となり、1993から1996年までの間はカリフォルニア大学サンフランシスコ校研究員、民間企業研究職を経て、2010から2021年3月までの間は国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構CREST研究者。現在明治大学先端数理科学インスティテュート客員研究員
作家としては、1982年に星新一ショートショート・コンテスト（現在の小説現代ショートショート・コンテスト）に「太り過ぎの終末」で入選。
