デイビッド・マクレランド

デイビッド・マクレランド（英: David McClelland、1917年5月20日 - 1998年3月27日）とは、アメリカ合衆国の心理学者。欲求理論（need theory）の提唱者として知られる。

経歴

ウェズリアン大学、ミズーリ大学を経て、エール大学に進み、1941年学位を取得。

コネティカット大学などで教鞭を執り、1956年ハーバード大学教授。
