初代ルーカン伯爵チャールズ・ビンガム（英語: Charles Bingham, 1st Earl of Lucan、1735年 9月22日 – 1799年 3月29日）は、アイルランド王国出身の政治家、貴族。1761年から1776年までアイルランド庶民院議員を、1782年から1784年までグレートブリテン庶民院議員を務めた^[1]。ホイッグ党所属^[2]。

^ オールトラップ子爵はノーサンプトン選挙区から選出された議員だったが、サリー選挙区（英語版）の補欠選挙に出馬するために議員を辞した^[4]。
^ スペンサー伯爵夫人ラヴィニア（ルーカン男爵の娘）はセント・オールバンズ選挙区（英語版）の選挙活動で忙しく、スペンサー伯爵夫婦の息子は選挙活動への興味がなかった^[6]。
