カーラ・ダイアン・ヘイデン（Carla Diane Hayden、1952年8月10日 - [1][2]）はアメリカ合衆国の図書館司書である。米国議会図書館の第14代館長[3][4]。女性として初めての、かつアフリカ系アメリカ人として初めての米国議会図書館長である[5][6][7]。また、司書専門職の人物が米国議会図書館長となるのは約60年ぶりである[8]。
