トロンビン（Thrombin、第IIa因子とも）は、血液の凝固に関わる酵素（セリンプロテアーゼ）の一種。EC番号はEC 3.4.21.5であり、フィブリノゲンをフィブリンにする反応を触媒する。ヒトの場合、11番染色体のp11-q12に存在するF2遺伝子にコードされる[5][6]。
