接着斑（せっちゃくはん、デスモソーム、デスモゾーム、英: desmosome、macula adherens、複数形:maculae adherentes）は、細胞が他の細胞に接着する構造の一種で、細胞結合の大枠の中の1つの接着装置に分類される。
