被子植物（ひししょくぶつ、学名：Angiospermae、Magnoliophyta、Angiosperm）とは、植物の分類の主要な1グループ名[注 1]。種子植物（顕花植物）のうち、一般に花と呼ばれる生殖器官の特殊化が進んで、胚珠が心皮にくるまれて子房の中に収まったものをいう。裸子植物と対をなす分類群である。「被子植物門」、「被子植物類」。
