ロッチフォード子爵夫人ジェーン・ブーリン（Jane Boleyn, Viscountess Rochford, 1505年頃 - 1542年2月13日）は、テューダー朝時代のイングランドの貴族女性。結婚前の姓名はジェーン・パーカー（Jane Parker）。ヘンリー8世の2番目の王妃アン・ブーリンの弟であるロッチフォード子爵ジョージ・ブーリンの妻。夫と義姉アン王妃に着せられた近親相姦の罪を立証する証言を行った。夫の刑死後、ヘンリー8世の5番目の王妃キャサリン・ハワードの女官となったが、キャサリン王妃の姦通を手引きしたことが露見して処刑された。
