エクスプロイテーション映画（Exploitation films) は1950年代以降に量産されたアメリカ映画のジャンルで、興行成績をあげるため、センセーショナルな時事問題やタブーとされる題材をあえて取り上げている低俗な作品群を指す[1]。チケットの売れ行きを伸ばすねらいでテーマの話題性を「利用する exploit」ためにこの呼び名がある[1]。
