1,2,3,4,6-ペンタガロイルグルコース(1,2,3,4,6-Pentagalloyl glucose)は、グルコースのペンタヒドロキシ没食子酸エステルである。ガロタンニン及び関連するエラジタンニンの共通の前駆体である[1] 。
