藤原 秀雄（ふじわら ひでお、1946年2月9日）は、ATPG（自動テストパターン生成）アルゴリズムに多大な貢献をした日本の計算機科学者。[2] 1983年に彼が発明したFANアルゴリズムは当時最速のATPGアルゴリズムであり産業界にも採用された。[10]
奈良県に生まれ、大阪大学で電子工学を学び、1969年に学士号、1971年に修士号、1974年に博士号を取得した。[1]1974年から1985年まで大阪大学、1985年から1993年まで明治大学、1993年から2011年まで奈良先端科学技術大学院大学（NAIST）、2011年から2021年まで大阪学院大学に勤務した。現在、NAISTの名誉教授である。[2]
