ボキューズ・ドール（Bocuse d'or）は、2年毎（奇数年）の1月にフランス・リヨンで開催される世界最高峰の料理コンクール[1][2][3][4][5]。いわば料理オリンピックともいわれている[6][7][8][9][10][11]。
