イル・ハン国（ペルシア語: ايلخانيان Īlkhāniyān、英語 : Ilkhanate）は、現在のイランを中心に、アムダリヤ川からイラク、アナトリア東部までを支配したモンゴル帝国を構成する地方政権（1258年 - 1335年/1353年）。
