ピセナドール（英：Picenadol）またはLY-97435は、1970年代にイーライリリーが開発したオピオイド鎮痛薬である4-フェニルピペリジン誘導体である^[1]。

ピセナドールはペチジン（メペリジン）と同等の効果を有する有効な鎮痛薬である。産科^[2]や歯科^[3]などのいくつかの応用が研究されてきたが、商業化されていない。

一方のエナンチオマーが純粋なμオピオイドアゴニストであるが他方はアンタゴニストであるという点で特異的である^[4]。(3R,4R)異性体はアゴニストであり、(3S,4S)異性体はアンタゴニストである^[5]。これは、2つのエナンチオマーのラセミ混合体が混合型アゴニスト・アンタゴニストであり、乱用の可能性が比較的低く、ペンタゾシンなどの他のオピオイド混合型アゴニスト・アンタゴニストで問題を引き起こす傾向があるκオピオイド作用がわずかであることを意味する^[6]。
