ネクスター・メディア・グループ株式会社（Nexstar Media Group, Inc.）は、アメリカ・テキサス州アービング、ニューヨーク市、シカゴに本社を置く株式公開メディア企業である。同社はアメリカ最大のテレビ局所有者であり、全国で197のテレビ局を所有しており、その殆どは、アメリカの4つの「主要な」テレビネットワーク、The CW、マイネットワークTVと提携している。また、ミッション・ブロードキャスティングやヴォーン・メディアなどの関連会社が所有する全ての局をローカルマーケティング契約に基づいて運営しており[2][3]、クラシック番組を放映する2つの地上波テレビネットワーク、アンテナTVとリワインドTVを運営しており、3つの有料テレビネットワークの全部または一部を所有している（ケーブルニュース・エンターテイメントネットワークの「NewsNation」と、食品・料理のネットワークであるフード・ネットワークとクッキング・チャンネル、後者の2つは、テレビジョン・フード・ネットワーク合名会社（Television Food Network G.P.）の31%の株式を通じて）。
