トリシティズ（英: Tri-Cities）は、アメリカ合衆国ワシントン州の南東部に位置し、ケニウィック、パスコ、リッチランドという隣接する3市を中心とする都市圏である。ヤキマ川、スネーク川およびコロンビア川が合流する位置にあり、ワシントン州では亜乾燥気候地帯に入っている。4つ目の都市としてウェストリッチランドもこの都市圏に含まれる。各都市は互いに隣接し、また川にも接しているので、全体で1つの中規模都市の様相がある。
