ミズーリ州（ミズーリしゅう、英: State of Missouri 発音: [mɪˈzuəri] (
音声ファイル), [məˈzɜrə] ( 音声ファイル)）は、アメリカ合衆国中西部[1]のミシシッピ川沿いにある内陸の州。アメリカ合衆国50州の中で陸地面積では第21位、人口では第19位でもある。前身のミズーリ準州から1821年8月10日に合衆国24番目の州に昇格した。現在は、観光が州のおもな産業の一つとなっている。
