FMNレダクターゼ(FMN reductase, SsuE)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

FMNH₂ + NAD(P)⁺ FMN + NAD(P)H + H⁺

反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はFMNH₂とNAD⁺（またはNADP⁺）、生成物はFMNとNADH（NADPH）とH⁺である。

組織名はFMNH₂:NAD(P)⁺ oxidoreductaseで、別名にNAD(P)H-FMN reductase, NAD(P)H-dependent FMN reductase, NAD(P)H:FMN oxidoreductase, NAD(P)H:flavin oxidoreductase, NAD(P)H₂ dehydrogenase (FMN), NAD(P)H₂:FMN oxidoreductase, riboflavin mononucleotide reductase, flavine mononucleotide reductase, riboflavin mononucleotide (reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (phosphate)) reductase, flavin mononucleotide reductase, riboflavine mononucleotide reductaseがある。
