コリン・エルマン（Colin Elman）は、アメリカ合衆国（イギリス出身）の国際政治学者。コロンビア大学でPh.D.を取得。アリゾナ州立大学政治学部准教授を経てシラキュース大学マックスウェル行政大学院准教授。

現実主義の国際政治理論と定性的研究（qualitative research）の方法論が専門。定性的研究方法コンソーシアム（Consortium for Qualitative Research Methods, CQRM）などの活動も手がけている。
