読み方：じょうめん

《「免」は年貢の賦課率のこと》江戸時代の徴税法の一。過去 5年・10年・20年間などの田租額を平均して租額を定め、一定の期間内はその年の豊凶に関係なく、定額を徴収したこと。風水害などで損害が著しいときは、破免という処置をとって減税した。→検見(けみ)
