レモン市場(れもんしじょう、英: The Market for Lemons)は、市場における情報の非対称性の概念を探求した経済学分野の広く引用される画期的な論文である。この「レモン市場:品質の不確実性と市場メカニズム」[1]という論文は、1970年にジョージ・アカロフによって書かれ、Quarterly Journal of Economicsに掲載された。この論文の知見は、その後、他の多くの種類の市場にも適用されてきた。しかし、アカロフの研究は中古車市場のみに焦点を当てていた。
