アリス・ウォータース（Alice Louise Waters 1944年4月28日-) は、アメリカのシェフ、レストラン経営者、活動家、作家である。1971年にオープンしたアメリカ・カリフォルニア州バークレーにあるレストラン「シェ・パニーズ」の創業者であり、オーガニック、地元産の食材を使用し、カリフォルニア料理の先駆者として知られる[2]。
