5SリボソームRNA（英: 5S ribosomal RNA、略称: 5S rRNA）は、約120ヌクレオチドからなるリボソームRNA分子で、約 40 kDaである。生命の全ドメイン（細菌、古細菌、真核生物）のリボソームの大サブユニットの構造的・機能的構成要素であるが、菌類と動物のミトコンドリアのリボソームには存在しない。「5S」は超遠心分析における分子の沈降係数を意味しており、スヴェドベリ（S）を単位として表したものである[1]。
