WesternU Healthの旗印の下、大学はカリフォルニアとオレゴンでさまざまな患者ケアリソースを運営している。WesternU・ポモナキャンパス内にあるPatient Care Centerは、医療センター、歯科センター、アイケア研究所、薬局、旅行健康センターがあり、これらはすべて一般公開されている。WesternU・ポモナには、ペットヘルスセンターもあり、予防接種、手術、歯科治療などさまざまな獣医サービスを提供する。WesternUはまた、カリフォルニア南部のさまざまな場所で医療サービスを提供している。プライマリケアサービスは、オレゴン州ポートランドのOliver Stationキャンパスで利用できる。
