ベラ・アントン・レオス・フレック（Béla Anton Leoš Fleck, 1958年6月10日 - ）は、アメリカのバンジョープレイヤー。世界で最も革新的で技巧的なバンジョープレイヤーの一人として知られ[3]、ニューグラス・リバイバルやベラ・フレック＆フレックトーンズといったバンドでの活動でも広く知られている。
