2000年のオーストラリアのスーパーツーリングカー選手権は、スーパーツーリングカーに開かれたCAMS認可のモーターレース大会。これは、スーパーツーリングカーのオーストラリアシリーズの8回目の走行であり、同選手権名で争われるのは6回目のシーズンだった。「2000BOCガスオーストラリアスーパーツーリングチャンピオンシップ」として宣伝されたこのシリーズ^[1]は、2000年5月28日にオランパークレースウェイで始まり、2001年2月11日にオランパークレースウェイで8ラウンド後に終了した。

^ 出場クラスのレース未開催 - 2005年以降の「アメリカグランプリ」は、2ストロークエンジンの規制によって125ccクラス・250ccクラスが未開催。2010年に250ccクラスがMoto2クラスに、2012年に125ccクラスがMoto3クラスへとレギュレーションが変更され、全クラスが4ストロークエンジンを使用するようになる。しかし、2012年もアメリカグランプリはMotoGPクラスのみ開催する。
