.22ロングライフル弾（22ロングライフルだん、英語: .22 Long Rifle）は、アメリカ合衆国で開発された小型弾薬である。単に“22LR”("twenty-two-[ˈɛl]-[ˈɑːr]")と呼ばれることが多い。世界で最も生産数が多く安価な弾薬であり拳銃からライフルまで幅広い銃器に使われている。

M17は、上記のM14を.22口径にした拳銃である。このM17を短銃身化したものがM18であり、どちらも使用弾薬は.22LR弾である。 なお、近年ではM17をベースにした10連発の.22口径カスタムリボルバーがアメリカでの射撃競技に使われている。
