林 英恵（はやし はなえ、1979年 - ）は、日本の公衆衛生学者。博士（公衆衛生学、ハーバード大学・2016年）。慶應義塾大学グローバルリサーチインスティテュート特任准教授、東京大学非常勤講師、東京医科歯科大学非常勤講師。Down to Earth 株式会社代表取締役。北九州市アドバイザー^[3]。

経歴

千葉県生まれ。2004年早稲田大学社会科学部卒業。2006年ボストン大学教育大学院修士課程修了。2012年ハーバード大学公衆衛生大学院修士課程。2016年ハーバード大学公衆衛生大学院社会行動科学部博士号取得。2007年〜2020年　外資系広告会社McCann Public Health勤務Asia Pacific Director^[4]。2020年Down to Earth株式会社設立^[5]。
