ワーウィープ累層

ワーウィープ累層（ワーウィープるいそう、Wahweap Formation）は、ユタ州南部とアリゾナ州北部に跨るパウエル湖周辺にある、グランド・ステアーケース エスカランテナ国定公園（Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument）に見られる白亜紀後期カンパニアンの地層である。恐竜や魚類、無脊椎動物などの化石が発見されている。[1]
恐竜
ワーウィープ累層では少なくとも１種類のハドロサウルス類と２種類のケラトプス類[2] 、そして少なくとも１種類の獣脚類[3]が知られている。
