リチャード・ローズクランス（Richard N. Rosecrance、1930年 - 2024年3月7日）は、アメリカ合衆国の政治学者。国際関係論専攻。カリフォルニア大学バークレー校教授、コーネル大学教授を経て、現在、カリフォルニア大学ロサンゼルス校教授およびハーバード大学ケネディスクール教授。
