ペイシェンス・アグバビ （Patience Agbabi, 1965年 - ）は、話し言葉特に重点を置いた英国の詩人兼パフォーマーである。 彼女の詩は、現代のテーマに取り組むので大きな打撃を与えるが、しばしば伝統的な詩的な形式を含む強い形式的な制約を利用する。彼女は、自分自身を「バイカルチュラル」とバイセクシュアルの両方と表現している。 [1]人種と性同一性の問題は、彼女の詩に顕著に表れている。彼女は「文学とパフォーマンスに平等な敬意を払うこと」と「文化、方言、声の間、ページとステージの間を流動的かつ機敏に動く」ことで称賛されている。 [2] 2017年に彼女は王立文学協会のフェローに選出された。 [3]
