パークマン=ウェブスター殺人事件（パークマンウェブスターさつじんじけん、Parkman–Webster murder case）は、アメリカ合衆国マサチューセッツ州ボストンの実業家ジョージ・パークマン(George Parkman)が1849年11月に消息を絶った後、ハーヴァード・メディカル・カレッジ(Harvard Medical College)の講師ジョン・ウェブスター(John Webster)の医学研究室で遺体となって発見された事件である。 発見された遺体は切断された上に一部が焼かれており、パークマンであると身元が判明した後に謀殺のかどでウェブスターが逮捕された。その後、ウェブスターは裁判で有罪の判決が下され、死刑が執行された。 犯罪の猟奇性に加え、被害者と犯人の双方がともに社会的地位のある人物だったことから、事件は広く報道された。また、被害者の遺体が燃やされていたために歯や骨片が身元の特定に用いられたことは、遺体を法医学的な証拠として用いる最初期の例の一つであった。
