チャールズ・ベイツ（Charles R. Beitz, 1949年-）は、アメリカ合衆国の国際政治学者。プリンストン大学政治学部教授。

ニューヨーク生まれ。プリンストン大学から博士号取得。

ジョン・ロールズの正義論に基づいて、国際社会における公正や倫理を研究している。
