セイラム（英: Salem）は、アメリカ合衆国オレゴン州の州都で、同州マリオン郡の郡庁所在地である。ウィラメット渓谷の中心に位置し、市の中心をウィラメット川が流れる。ウィラメット川はマリオン郡とポーク郡の郡境界線を形成しており、セイラム市のウェストセイラム地区がポーク郡に属している。セイラムは1842年に設立し、1851年にオレゴン準州の準州都となった後、1857年に市として法人化された。
