パスティ（英: pasty/pastie[1][2]、コーンウォール語: hogen; pasti、西コーンウォール方言: tiddy/teddy oggy/oggin[3][4]）は、イギリスのコーンウォールに関連する具入りのペイストリーである。別名にコーニッシュ・パイがある。パスティはパイとは異なり、通常丸い平面のペイストリーに具を置いて、折り曲げて包み、縁に折り目をつけ閉じる。この結果、半円形になる。伝統的なコーニッシュ・パスティは牛肉、薄切りジャガイモ、ルタバガ（Swedish turnip「スウェーデンのカブ」とも呼ばれる）、およびタマネギを具とし[5]、焼いて作る。様々なフィリングのパスティが販売され、全種類のパスティを販売する店もある。
