バルベーラ

バルベーラ (伊: Barbera) はイタリアの赤ワイン用ブドウ品種であり、2010年の時点でイタリアにおいて (サンジョヴェーゼとモンテプルチャーノに次いで) 3番目に栽培面積の大きな黒ブドウである[1]。バルベーラは収量が高く、そのワインは深い色味とフルボディ、控えめなタンニン、強めの酸味で知られている[2]。
