ゴナドトロピン放出ホルモンアナログという種類の薬物である。ゴセレリンは卵巣や精巣におけるホルモン産生を阻害するのに用いられる。

ゴセレリン（Goserelin）は、性ホルモン（テストステロンとエストロゲン）の産生を抑制する医薬品である。特に乳癌や前立腺癌の治療に用いられる^[1]^[2]。性腺刺激ホルモン放出ホルモン作動薬（GnRH作動薬）であり、皮下注射剤である。
