オーガズム（英: orgasm）・オルガスムス（独: Orgasmus）は、 累積的な性的緊張からの突然の解放のことであり、骨盤まわりの筋肉のリズミカルな痙攣を伴い、強い快感を生んだ後に弛緩状態に至るもののことである[1]。
